After returning from a walk, a day on the slopes, or after a meeting, nothing is nicer than putting on your swimsuit and going to the pool! Here at the Gruppo Brenta Hotel, there are two of them, one 55-m2 pool for adults and a shallow pool, just 30 cm deep, for children, both heated and indoors. This way, you can spend time relaxing and playing with your children or, while they’re having fun with the entertainers, you can treat yourself to a few hours to fully appreciate the beneficial touch of the water and the hydro-massage. The pools are open from 10 am to 12.30 pm and from 3 pm to 7.30 pm.
The wellness centre, which is only open to our guests, is near the swimming pools and is a silent and very unique place, where you can recover the right balance between body and mind. At Acquadia, you’ll find a Finnish sauna, a Turkish bath with aromatherapy, a Kneipp course and a relaxation area with herbal teas. In winter, you can rely on the “gifted hands” of our therapists for massages and treatments. The centre is open in the afternoon, from 3 pm to 7.30 pm.
A40-m2 fitness room, equipped with 3 treadmills, 2 exercise bikes, 1 stepper, 1 multifunctional gym machine with dumbbells, weights and barbells, for you if you want to carry on keeping fit or follow a workout programme while on holiday. Perhaps combining physical exercise with the benefits of treatments and massages. The gym is open from 10 am to 12.30 pm and from 3 pm to 7.30 pm.
